Alive and kicking was the slogan on his poster. He stood there on stage night after night doing what he loved the most a long time after he should have retired reallly. We only saw him at the Monaco over the last couple of years but really enjoyed several evenings with him and the boys who towards the end (we were last there in November) really supported Tom so well when he most needed it,he will be very sadly missed.
