CD Display

Yesterday I put up a board inside the restaurant with all our CD- covers on it. On your way to the restroom you can stop by and have a look at it. I'ts at the right of the pooltable . There are flyers of us, our website address and info about the restaurant as well for you to take away. If you want to buy a CD or six... Just contact Susanne or me.

We have been living in many different countries. That spices up our language a bit. The British say that I ( Clas ) sound like the cafe' owner Renee in the series Allo, Allo. I don't know. You can judge that yourself by watching a clip from Youtube. In fact all seasons are uploaded there i think.

Lewinski staff

Here are your humble servants at Lewinski. Thomas, left, have been here about 1,5 years. He is originaly from India . Andrea is from Uruguay and Adam is from Poland. You don't se much of Adam because he is preparing your food in the kitchen. Barbara down left, also cook. We have a guard nightime. His name is Raul and he is from Cuba. He turns in at eleven and start helping cleaning dishes and emptying trash bins.

La Padrona - The Boss

Among our guests there have been some speculations about who is the the boss of Lewinksis. Is it the little fellow on the street...you know... the one with the Mario Bros mustasch ?

No, no ,,, it is the man in gray hair entering the restaurant about eleven o' clock smiling towards the muscians. Or, is it maybe the blond old lady checking in every evening before the music begins ?!?!

Answer is .. You have seen her .. practically every day and night ... doing everything from cooking, serving, bartender, PR-ing on the street, delivering stuff, cleaning and refilling the cigarette jukebox.

Her name is Manola ... a business woman married to Theo, a businessman as well. They are both originally from the neighbour island, La Gomera. They have run many big business projects here in Los Cristianos for decades and have given Susanne and myself great hospitality and much space in developing our part of the service and entertaintment at restaurant Lewinski.

We have many young listeners summertime. Some of them dance under the disco spotlight and many are brave enough to come up and touch us to see if we are for real.

Mona from Germany made a picture by hearth of Susanne. She has a good memory, because all the details are there: blue eyes, the bracelets and for the evening, a brown outfit.

Find us

We have made a new flyer. You can find it in most hotels in Los Cristianos, on the sidewalks, paths and the beachwalk. Some evenings we have a PR outside of Lewinski handing them out. You can also get a printable version HERE!

After a couple of days on vacation + a bonus period because of a nasty flu, we are back on the stage tonight. Apology to all of you who have been several time to Lewinski asking for us...Tonite is the nite ...Welcome Y'all !

SCDF Holland

Our friends Toos and Humpfrey from Holland sent us the web address to the country line dance top 20 from SCDF (an official country line dance federation in Holland.

I can recommend this site to all line dancers! You get dance step sheets and it's interesting to see what's up in Holland.
Many of the dances are also popular in England right now and we have got the music to many of them.
Please, don't hesitate to ask for the new dances when you visit us.
We have Veronica and Sunshine in the rain and many other!
